Subcortical Atlas

In vivo subcortical atlas of the human brain

Midbrain Atlas Medium

The Caltech Conte Center for the Neurobiology of Social Decision Making has constructed probabilistic atlases of the human amygdala and of the subcortical nuclei associated with reinforcement learning. These atlases are based on structural imaging data from 168 neurotypical adults from the Human Connectome Project S500 data release. The atlases and associated templates are hosted on the Open Science Framework as an evolving resource for future functional and structural imaging studies of the human amygdala.
